If I change focus or turn off the screen I am disconnected. This app is now useless. Edit: It appears I can no longer even hear the baby on the other end. Worse than useless. Edit #2: I paid for this app, and discovered today they are including advertisements.

Dont know how this gets high ratings. Tried the free trial and never did get it to work. Were reasonably tech-savvy but just kept having problems.

You have to buy the full version to use the actual monitor part of it.

Constantly disconnecting since last update. It was excellent now not much use!

We use this we we go camping, to the beach, or friends house. Nice to have a set of eyes when you need them.

This app has not worked at all for me. It constantly disconnects, if it ever connects in the first place. Ive written customer service twice, and they sent me the exact same canned response both times. The second time I wrote I explained that I had followed their recommendations (in their emailed response to me) and was still having the same problem. I received the exact same email response again. This has been a total frustrating waster of time and money.

Easily used with mobile devices, worth the money!

We tried numerous of other apps and none of them work as well as this one. The connection is reliable and alerts come as you want and need them. Dont waste your time with other free apps. This is well worth the money if you have an extra smartphone or tablet lying around to use as a monitor.

I was holding two iPhone 6 next to each other, on the same wifi, and the app couldnt find the phones. When it finally paired the connection repeatedly dropped. Same story on LTE and 3G Well see what this update brings

They support Windows now thats great! None other on the market does.

Reliable and easy to use.

I have tried to use this app over one dozen times and it has worked ONCE! When it did work it was amazing indeed. But when u rely on an app with ur most treasured thing (your baby) its unacceptable for it to be so unreliable.

30 MINUTE trial period? That wasnt even enough time for me to get to the office and make sure it works from there. Forcing a purchase after half an hour is not a free app with in-app purchases, its an insult and a waste of my time. I dont care if this app is good or bad, Ive deleted it and will pay money for a different one.

Back to four stars after recent update made it much more reliable! Connection still drops occasionally and sometimes takes a while to connect, but definitely worth it! ------ This most recent update had made it much buggier when trying to make a good connection. Weve restarted all devices and force closed the app but still much more hit or miss to connect. Hope the developers can fix the problem soon! ---- Original review: We got this because our physical monitors werent reliable and they were expensive. This is reliable and cheap. It does disconnect occasionally but it always signals to you that it disconnected, and thats really rare once you have a good solid connection.

Only a free trial for 30 minutes. You have to pay to have it monitor for longer.

Terrible app!! On our first time using it (after paying for it because you only get 30 mins free), my husbands phone stopped the app in the middle of my daughters nap because it was overheating his phone! It made mine hot, too. It was a huge battery drain as well.

Now taking care of our 13 month old grandson, & having this wonderful baby monitor has been crucial to a fun Nonna week! The ease of use, stars and moon motif for the iPad in his room, & ability to hear him awaken downstairs in our bedroom thru my iPhone have made this week a breeze! Thank you!!
